Perch fishing is very good along the East Bay shoreline, especially at Point Richmond, Point Mulate and behind the Golden Gate Fields on incoming tides. Most are rubberlips and splittails. Use pile worms, blood worms or grass shrimp. (510) 235-2032 Bay Tackle
