This is high for wading but is running clear, I would think about fishing from Sims down to Delta nymphing with poxy back hairs ears size 14 and a pheasant tail on the dropper. Also these will work, black copper johns size 16, amber princes size 14, rubber legs size 12 with red copper john as dropper or small poxy back golden stone size 16. double nymph rigs with lots of weight like use one or two size SSG Dinsmore weights above your two nymphs. Rely on high sticking and stay attached to your flies for best results. Some dry fly will appear as day warms up, best action will on Ed Cutter Caddis size 16, as you move up the edges of the river fishing above yourself.
