As of Feb. 17, there was open-water fishing throughout the lake. The water is relatively clear, and you can see trout swimming close to the shore. Fishing has been fair. A few people have reported success while fishing with worms or PowerBait near the inlet. The lake is open to float tubes, canoes and other non-motorized watercraft.
