So far so good on the weather as we make our way up the line catching up on some much needed rest and relaxation, a great time to reflect back on an epic trip that saw some of the best cow fishing I've seen down below. The magnitude of some of the bites we had on straight cows was intense and will provide memories for life. Today's shot shows John Cox with the biggest of his three cows, a 298 taken on a sardine.

We finished up the trip in fine style this morning with an incredible bite on straight cows that saw another seven hit the deck from 205-281. There were a few 150-190 mixed in also but the majority of the fish around us at daylight were 200lb plus. We started the morning with a nice scratch on 100-190lb fish but unfortunately the two cows we hooked were unintentionally released. After a slow midday we got back in the saddle and put together a nice afternoon on 130-170lbers with a couple jumbos that weighed in at 281 and 338.
