We didn't get our shot at the cows today but it was steady picking on 100 to 140lb fish, most of which we released. A good shot at the skin midday kept it lively but we're definitely in cow only mode with just a little room left. Tomorrow is our final day of angling.

02/16/14 Considerably slower today but we still had two more over 200 and kept another dozen fish from 100 to 150lbs. A fine day by most trip's standards but we've become a bit jaded after yesterday. 02/15/14 The stars aligned for us today with the combination of grease calm weather and stellar big tuna angling. The bite started in the grey and continued throughout the entire day with shots at cows every couple hours. We ended up hooking 12 over 200 and managed to land 7 from 210 to 270. We also kept another 20 fish from 90-195 while releasing 25 others up to 110lbs. Very impressive visual displays when spots of 100 to 200lbers would come up...... Read More
