11/14/14 The final day of travel encompassed a whole lot of little; not much going on other than breaking down and cleaning up. A nice scenic run up the coast yielded fine weather though. Contrary to the offshore forecast and expectations we missed out on any kind of butt kicking; always a bonus but particularly poignant this voyage with it's near perfect weather record. 11/13/14 One classic irony to share from an otherwise uneventful day. Beginning far offshore in search of the now wildly elusive dorado all signs pointed to a dreary slog after five or six fruitless morning hours. We definitely weren't feeling any love, and out here gut instinct is a virtue that I live by.
