Despite the stormy conditions this past week, the park was full of people enjoying catching rainbow, tiger and brown trout. The hot lure over the weekend was a Mepp’s spinner in red and gold. The only bass of note was a 4.5-pound largemouth, caught by Vince Hollingsworth of Las Vegas using a black Woolly Bugger. He also caught and released many rainbows over the weekend.
