Colusa--Sturgeon fishing was, once again, very good, and some striped bass were showing up in greater numbers, although action was better farther downstream. Soaking bait, even the ghost shrimp/pile worm combo used for sturgeon, seemed to be doing better for stripers than trolling or throwing plugs and plastics.
