At Donner Lake, shore anglers are connecting with rainbows near the boat ramp and the west-end ramps using PowerBait in 20 feet of water. Anglers trolling for Mackinaw are using lyman lures and mag lips in 120 feet of water. Donner Lake is roughly 65% in capacity.
