Large striped bass near Willow Beach are responding well to trout-pattern swimbaits, while anchovies and shad lures are also producing solid catches. Both shore anglers and boaters are seeing the most action during overnight hours. Rainbow trout are biting on gold and red spinners, as well as PowerBait eggs thrown from the fishing pier. On Lake Mohave, striper anglers are targeting fish with shad-patterned swimbaits and crankbaits in roughly 50 feet of water at the south end of the lake.
