Harrison Pass is open. Rainbow trout were stocked late March in the collection ditch, Unit 21 and South Lakes. Tiger trout were also stocked in Unit 21. Fair to good fishing is being reported in the collection ditch for trout. Water temperatures in the low 50s, so bass fishing will still be slow. Fly anglers are reporting success with streamers, leeches, scuds and midges. Small, flashy spinners like Panther Martins are the go-to for spin anglers. Special Regulations: Artificial lures only in the collection ditch. No wading allowed in the collection ditch.
