Rolling right through Spring on the Truckee River. Though the weather has felt more like Winter. After some showers this week, should feel like Spring again.

Fishing has been awesome. Great Spring so far. Spring and early Summer, is always the best fishing on the Truckee River. Good time to rope some trouts.

Still pretty big flows from Boca on down into Nevada. Way more mellow above the inlet of the LT above Boca, and towards the town of Truckee.  

Bugs galore, mainly march browns. Nymph with some kind of MB on your rig. Look for some heads around noon. A bigger soft hackle pt is all you need for a MB imitation. 

Most any size nymph can get you fish in the Spring.
