Fishing conditions:  Fair to Good

Report: Fishing in the morning through mid day has been pretty good, there isn't as much pressure and you can find some solitude up here. Weeds are dying off in force now and beginning to choke up the bridges, mid day through the afternoon the wind can come up so you will need to find a run where you can hide. Smaller nymphs on a dry-dropper rig or swung are doing the most work. The Weiss Firefly is a standout bug. This is Trico season, so hit the river early before the sun is on the mountaintops for the spinner fall, the Drowned Trico is a good one fished behind an Adams. Later, good dropper flies are always Sweet Peas, Two-Bit Hookers, Red Micro Mays, and Russ' Sin City. Strip Pine Squirrel Leeches and Water Boatmen in the mid-day and afternoons.
