Water levels are very low, but trout fishing is still productive around springs and deeper areas of the reservoir. Fishing should improve as temperatures drop. Small spinners and spoons from shore have been great in addition to power bait and crawlers off the bottom. Fly fisherman have done well using large dries early and late in the day. Small streamer flies have been effective when there’s no fish on the surface.
