The Crooked River is dropping more each week but it is flowing well and fishing is quite good. PMD hatches in the afternoon, caddis in the evening. Scuds, Perdigons, Eggs, Mini Gulp Olive, Ray Charles, Rainbow Warrior, and Midges are great choices with a NZ Wool or XS Oros Indi, or on your euro line.
I am a little concerned about the flows on the river in the winter. They really used the water in the reservoir and the levels are super low. I hope they can keep it flowing at 100 cfs, but I bet it will be 50 or 40. I hope I am wrong.
