Water Conditions: Great the
water temps are stable.
Fishing Conditions and Hatches: Keep moving, the fish are quite spread out right now. Stick to streamers mainly along the outskirts of weedbeds.
RECOMMENDED FLIES:
Nymphs: Hairs Ear #14-16, Pheasant Tail #14-16, #16 Copper Tiger Midges, #16 Black Zebra Midges, Shaft Emerger Grey #16,Waterboatmen, AP Emergers
Streamers: Black and Olive Wooly Buggers, Docs Twin Lakes Specials, Leeches, Flashabou Buggers

Mammoth Lakes : The Water is getting colder so the fish are active later in the day. Fish Streamers & Nymphs
Hot Creek: Fly Fishing with Midges and Caddis are the imitations of choice at Hot Creek
San Joaquin River: Dry dropper set ups are working the best for Fly Fishermen on the San Joaquin
Crowley Lake: The Fish are on the move at lake Crowley, so the Fisherman have to move if the is no action.
Owens River: The Spawning is beginnig in the Upper Owens
