Water Conditions: Clear and starting to warm some.
Fishing Conditions and Hatches: Not much changing here from week to week.Water warming some. Fish are more active. Look for fish cruising in shallow warmer water.
Recommended Flies:
Dries: Griffith's Gnat #20-22, Parachute Adams #20, Brook's Sprout Midge #20-22, Flying Ants Nymphs: Black Zebra Midge #20-22, Olive Bird's Nest #18, Hare's Ear #16-18, Pheasant Tail #18, Callibaetis Nymphs
Streamers: Doc's Twin Lakes Special Black or Olive #10-12, Pop's Bugger Olive, Rickard's Seal Bugger, Beldar Bugger Black, Crystal Bugger Black/Olive, Olive Matuka
Guides Hint: Trail your streamers with a nymph, like a Bird's Nest, Hare's Ear, or a Pheasant Tail.

Mammoth Lakes : The fish are becoming more active in the Mammoth Lakes area
Hot Creek: Takes a subtle on Hot Creek so use a small indicator & shorten your drifts
Crowley Lake: The weed growth at Crowley is heavy right now & the algae is growing & the fish are spread out
Owens River: Fish the deeper pools on the Upper Owens
Owens River: Be stealthy when fishing the Owens River Gorge, the water is clear & the fish are wary of fishermen
Rock Creek - Below Britton: Great fly fishing right now on Rock Creek, use attractor patterns
Rush Creek: There are plenty of fish in the pools at Rush Creek
Owens River: Flows are very high right now on the Lower Owens, it might be best to fish elsewhere
Bridgeport Reservoir: Fish Streamers early and midges later for a great day at Bridgeport Reservoir
