Water Conditions: Fair as of 6/28 flows are at 11 cfs above Grant Lake
Fishing Conditions and Hatches: Good the flows are down again, and the water is Gin clear, so be sure to use lighter tippet and be stealthy. Stick mainly to attractor patterns.
Recommended Flies:
DRIES: Kaufman Stimulator 16, Parachute Adams #16, Yellow Humpy #16, Royal Coachman #16, Rubber Leg Stimulator, Chernobyl Ants
NYMPHS: Copper John #18, BH Prince Nymph #18, Stocker's BH Lightning Bug #18.
Guides Hint: Once you find a working fly keep moving, there are lots of fish stacked up in the pools.

Hot Creek: Takes a subtle on Hot Creek so use a small indicator & shorten your drifts
Crowley Lake: The weed growth at Crowley is heavy right now & the algae is growing & the fish are spread out
Owens River: Fish the deeper pools on the Upper Owens
Owens River: Be stealthy when fishing the Owens River Gorge, the water is clear & the fish are wary of fishermen
Rock Creek - Below Britton: Great fly fishing right now on Rock Creek, use attractor patterns
Rush Creek: There are plenty of fish in the pools at Rush Creek
Owens River: Flows are very high right now on the Lower Owens, it might be best to fish elsewhere
Bridgeport Reservoir: Fish Streamers early and midges later for a great day at Bridgeport Reservoir
East Walker River: Lots of fly choices on the East Walker right now, what's your preference?
