The river has been lowered to 2,600 cfs below the Outlet with 1000 cfs coming through the Low Flow. Fresh steelhead, salmon and shad continue to move up river. The Thermalito Afterbay is at 133-plus feet and with the predicted heat wave the bass fishing will improve as the fish move in to the tules.
