We lost quite a few kokanee today at Boca but then I realized, this was a John Halseth trip. Lol. A few more boats today but that didn’t bother the bite. A smoky Boca today for some gooder kokanee. Marked some good size schools on the bottom near the dam but could not get em to go. Went back to what has been working and nothing has changed. Also caught a 16” Tuey Chub. Released it. Didn’t know they get that big!!

They bit a hoochie with action than just a straight hoochie. Just added a flutterbug in front of pink n white and clown and the bite was on. Sporadic bite today with little flurries of action. Changed colors a few times and found pink n white hoochie and flutter hoochies were tops followed by Clown and Cotton Candy. Both P Lite and Peak Performers by Paulina Peak Tackle worked for us down 65-85’otw.

Now that Darren Butler is beyond old(50 yes) his wife surprised him with a guided kokanee trip to Stampede. Could not find any gooders today but tons of Kokes to 12.5”. Get a couple days off then back to work for me.

Found some gooder kokanee today at Stampede to 15”. Light fishing pressure made for a very enjoyable morning.
