EAGLE VALLEY RESERVOIR Trout fishing was slow this past weekend, though anglers have had some success with Rooster Tails and other spinners. EAGLE VALLEY RESERVOIR Night crawlers and PowerBait below a bobber or off the bottom with a small weight will work to bring trout in. Chartreuse, marabou jigs work great for crappie. EAGLE VALLEY RESERVOIR The ice is off the reservoir and trout fishing is improving. Rainbows are hitting spinners and worms. Crappie fishing has picked up as well, but bass fishing is still slow.
