Ice at Illipah Reservoir ranges from 7″ to 9″ throughout the lake. On 2/15 the road going into the reservoir was in good condition and was passable in two-wheel drive. Anglers are still experiencing good catch rates with rainbow trout averaging 9″ to 10″. Anglers should do well using nightcrawlers, PowerBait, small jigs and spoons.
