The flows are way down in Hope Valley.

You will have to do some walking to find the deep undercuts where the fish lay, but you have to be a little sneaky so you don't spook them.

Topaz Lake: Fishing has improved slightly during the early morning hours
Blue Lake Upper: The road is open to Lower Blue Lake
Bridgeport Reservoir: The reservoir has been producing some very good days and some slower ones
Owens River - Section 3 - Upper (above Crowley): The cutthroat trout have largely moved on, and we’re now seeing some nice-sized brown trout taking their place
