Water Conditions: Clear and Cold. All the lakes in the basin are now fishable. Fishing Conditions and Hatches: Bundle up, as the water is cold. Full sink line is required. Get your fly down to where the fish are.

Streamers: Doc's Twin Lakes Special Black or Olive #10-12, Pop's Bugger Olive, Rickard's Seal Bugger, Beldar Bugger Black, Crystal Bugger Black
