Harrison Pass is open. Spring stocking has begun with rainbow trout stocked in Unit 21 and South Lakes. Trout in the 15″ t0 20″ range are being caught in the collection ditch. Fly anglers are reporting success with dark-colored streamer patterns, as well as your favorite nymph pattern (pheasant tail, gold-ribbed hares ear, etc.). Fishing on Willow Creek Reservoir is currently good with many rainbow trout and crappie being caught. This spring, district staff installed 10 artificial habitat structures. These structures were put in place to provide fish habitat when the reservoir is drawn down.
