I want to say a very happy holiday season and a very Merry Christmas. Our local angler Gerry Ward was able to show off his limit of rainbow trout he landed at Rotary Park area. Gerry was fishing from shore using his favorite trout jig. I am a fan of spinners my self but these small jigs are a lot of fun. Both night crawlers

Lake Mohave fishing should be picking up as the water levels return to normal levels after a scheduled drawn-down. This usually has a positive effect on the striper bite.

There is some pretty solid ice around the boat ramp, and the extended forecast calls for continued lows in the single-digits to low teens. Mostly an indicator bite with a few fish being picked up on the strip.
