Baby it's cold out side !!!! Fishing was very good even with the cold East wind blowing. Great family, fun fishing with you.

Exciting news out of Douglas County! Douglas County, Nevada began working with us in March 2020 to secure a federal grant, which we administer, to supplement the costs of a project to enhance the safe use of boating access facilities at the Topaz Lake Recreation Area. We awarded Douglas County with a grant for $393,000, which was used to install a breakwater device; effectively shielding

The lake level has come up a foot over the last week. NDOW has planted 1300 lbs of Tiger trout this last week. Fishing was fair for boaters using Rapalas or flashers. Shore angling has been hit and miss. The county ramp is open with some construction going on. Topaz Landing Marina is open for boat launching and Mooring. For more information call 775-266-3550.

The lake level has come up a little over the last week. Trollers have been top lining with Rapalas or Roostertail spinners in a black pattern. Flashers and a worm have also been productive. With more day time sun, the fish are a little more active. Shore fishing has been spotty. Best action has been on the east shore in the park or over past

The water level has come up and is still rising slowly. Be on the loom out for floating debris. The County ramp is open for launching. There is a no wake zone in all of the ramp and cove area. This is due to the work they are doing in the area of the ramp. I fished with Tom Blotter last week. We trolled Rapalas

Very good fishing today...... we also had a hold of a monster fish early morning, he was a bit to sneaky to get to the boat . WOW ! Thanks all of you for coming out with me today, even the fur baby
