The road to Angel Lake is open! The lake is approximately 80% ice covered, but there is 15 to 20 feet of open water by the dam and the fish are cooperating there. Wildhorse is at the highest water level it has seen in years and there is a lot of water going over the spillway as well as lots of water still in the form of snow in the basin.
