Current Water Conditions The Truckee is fishing excellent right now, with flows steady at 296 CFS out of Tahoe City, 320 CFS through town, and 503 CFS at Farad. The Truckee River flow has dropped since our last report but remains fishing well. The Reno gauge is about 350CFS. This is a typical drop for this time of year as the Water Master is adjusting for seasonal conditions and lower demands. The trout are still feeding in fast moving water.
