We fished Topaz on November 28 and had a slow morning, but things picked up around noon. We landed two fish at 12:00 and 12:45 while trolling Rapalas and casting small Kastmasters. Current Water Conditions Flows on the Truckee River have leveled out nicely this week—holding around 62 CFS out of Tahoe City, 92 CFS through town, and 400 CFS at Farad.
