At Prosser Reservoir, water temperatures are climbing into the mid 50s°F while the reservoir remains at full capacity. Trout fishing has been productive near the north end of the lake, where anglers are finding success with PowerBait and small spoons. Bass fishing is also beginning to heat up as fish push into the shallows with warming spring temperatures. Anglers targeting bass should focus on warmer pockets of water and weed edges, where fish are actively feeding. Wacky-rigged rubber worms or jig head presentations are producing the most consistent results.
