Fishing From Boat Has Been Most Productive

Fishing has been better as more access to lake opens up from shore. Fishing out of a boat will be the most productive option until the cold really sets in and knocks down the remaining vegetation. Water Level Has Gone Down

The water level has gone down a couple more feet. Fishing has been slow for both shore and boat anglers over the last week. The last day to fish this year will be Monday the 30th. The lake will then open for the 2020 season on January 1st.

Been hearing some noise from clients that I’m getting made fun of by other captains up across the lake that we go in early. Ditched The Bananas To Land Limits

Got the day started and things were not going as normal. Tangles, lost fish. Less bites. DO WE HAVE BANANAS GUYS? Yep you want one. Yes can I see them all. Promptly sent them swimming and went from one fish first hour and half to near full limits until the folks called it good. Good comeback and NO BANANAS

52nd Annual Deep Pit BBQ Event

Lake Level is Coming Down

The lake level has been coming down over the last couple weeks. Shore fishing has been fair for early morning anglers using inflated night crawlers or green or rainbow powerbait.
