              After measuring from 4 different locations off of our boat ramp, we have lost .5” of the good clear ice. We are at 6.5” currently and 7” of slush on top. We have been receiving some pretty nasty winter weather this past week which seems to be doing good things for the reservoir. Measurement that we took today are showing 7” of clear ice and a top layer of about 5” of slush/cloudy ice. Remember, these measurements were taken around the boat ramp and are not intended to be interpreted as thickness for the whole reservoir.

As of 01/04/24, ice is averaging 5″ is the areas surveyed by the State Park.
