The reservoir is completely ice free. The main boat ramp is open. Most of Jet Ski Beach had turbid water with a visibility of less than six inches. Better water clarity can be found towards the dam. New snow and strong winds have occasionally been causing access issues through the State Recreation Areas due to large drifts.
