Marlette has been steady this season

Trolling large leech patterns behind a sinking line and float tube will catch fish all day at Marlette. Knott Creek has been slow to rebound from the last few years

Knott Creek has been slow to rebound from the last few years of low warm water. Fish have averaged 14” and catch rates have been fair. We could definitely use a nice wet winter at Knott to help improve the general health. Fly fisherman using small dark leech patterns and peacock body nymphs behind sinking lines or deep under indicators are having good days.
