Jakes Creek Reservoir has 14 inches of ice and 1 to 2 inches of snow on the ice.  Fishing remains fair for trout in the 10 to 16 inch range.  The dirt road going in has a dusting of snow and patches of ice, making travel is easy but slow. Ice fishing holes must not exceed 10 inches in diameter (NAC 503.583).

Cold Creek Reservoir is almost 100% ice covered, with the exception of a small opening where the creek comes in.  Ice was at 3 to 5 inches in the areas sampled.   Ice has been known to fluctuate greatly at Cold Creek Reservoir, so anglers should be careful while navigating the ice.  Anglers can expect to catch 8-to-10-inch

No recent reports, but expect 4WD conditions to get here. Water conditions here are generally similar to South Fork so there may be some open water for fishing. However, that may not be the case and even if it is, it won’t be long before it does freeze over. At last report, early November, fishing was good here but the lake level was still low.
