Striper action has slowed on much of the lake, but anglers have reported seeing large schools of fish in the 2- to 5-pound range. Anglers are still catching catfish and largemouth bass in the coves using anchovies. At Willow Beach, boaters and shore anglers are catching 2- to 5-pound trout on spinners and rainbow PowerBait. Anglers have reported the best striper fishing at dawn or dusk. Stripers are biting on live shad and anchovies in the coves. From Boulder Harbor to the Hemenway fishing pier, anglers have been catching stripers weighing in at 2 to 3 pounds using shad, crankbaits and anchovies.

Some great lake news from up on Lake Mohave. the shad are schooling and the stripers are feeding on them. Our local angler Raul Gonzalez landed this 33 and 1/4 inch striper that weighed in at 12.42 pounds. Megan Willson was on their boat and while trolling in the telephone cove area just out side of Kathern Landing was able to land a nice size striper. Kingston Creek is flowing well below normal and fishing is difficult. Expect snow and ice along shorelines. As of December 2, Kingston Creek was flowing at 1.86 cfs which is about a fourth of normal. There will be no more fishing reports until next spring

Kingston Creek is flowing well below normal and fishing is difficult except in the pools and on springheads though the pools will soon have some ice on them. As of November 4, Kingston Creek was flowing at 2.1 cfs which is about a third of normal.
