Southern Nevada Fish Reports

Well all that moisture Mother Nature gave us this winter showed up this weekend! The reservoir is full! While we are very excited we also are carefully monitoring things as more water is coming. Please be cautious when looking at stay away from moving water.

Fishing report for Willow, Beach, Arizona, Lake, Mojave, and the Colorado river and Bullhead city, Arizona and Laughlin Nevada. Covering striped bass, smallmouth, bass, trout, and catfish.

Now that our weather is turning for the better I must say we have some river news. Our local angler Bryan Werkmeister and side kick Damien Howard (who helped get the smaller one in) was able to land a couple of nice size stripers. He was fishing from shore just above Rainbow Drive using an ac plug. The larger fish was 18.70 pounds at 35

Friday Fishing report covering Willow Beach Lake Mojave and the Colorado river in the Bullhead city in Laughlin in Area covering striped bass trout catfish largemouthbass and Smallmouth bass.

With this cold weather front the fishing has taken a back seat. Up on Lake Mohave anglers are reporting of fish on their sonar but they are just holding and no activity. First time ice fishing for my grandson at Eagle Valley. We had some nibbles but unable to hook anything. A few folks were catching some fish. Ice was very thick. Pretty much the entire length of the blue portion of the auger! Over 24”!
