Truckee River Fish Report

by NOR CAL FISH REPORTS

There are green drakes from Floriston to the state line. There are a lot of caddis in the evening when the wind lies down. Tahoe Fly Fishing Outfitters (530) 587-4844. Mountain Hardware &

Sceirine Ranch Fish Report

The Sceirine is still fishing pretty well also, there's been some streamer action as well as some dry/dropper action and nymph action. Add a hopper and a chubby chernobyl to the list above and you'll have it covered!

Sceirine Ranch Fish Report

by JIM REID
The Sceirine has fished excellent the past few days, both on nymphs and streamers, lots of nice fish being landed on moal leeches, dead drift crayfish, zuddlers, sculpzilla, rainbow warrior, dark lord and silver streaks. There's quite a few bookings on the ranch so give us a call ahead of time if you want to make a reservation.

Lake Mohave Fish Report

by NEVADA DEPARTMENT OF WILDLIFE
The lake level today is 64 feet above msl. Reports are that smallmouth and largemouth are hitting on the lake but that stripers are much harder to find. The high lake level submerges shoreline vegetation which attracts bass. Reports of people catching both black bass species are common. Mixing up your colors with plastics is doing well on largemouth and

Lake Mead Fish Report

by NEVADA DEPARTMENT OF WILDLIFE
The elevation will continue to drop over the summer. The present elevation is 1086 feet above msl. Be careful boating because of fluctuating water levels and watch for floating debris dislodged from changing water levels. There seems to be an abundance of shad currently which may be the reason for the lack of bite. Cut anchovies are still the bait of choice

Sceirine Ranch Fish Report

by JIM REID
The ranch has been fishing pretty well this week and with the slightly higher flow it should hang in there for the next week. The same patterns that have been working on the California side are also working on the Sceirine. Give us a call if you want to book some time on the ranch.

Sceirine Ranch Fish Report

by JIM REID
The Ranch has had a few good reports and a few not so good, dry dropper rigs seem to be doing the best with a chubby chernobyl or madam x on top and a flashback emerger, mercury midge or rainbow warrior on the bottom. We've also had a couple good reports on dead drift crayfish, zuddlers and moal leeches.
