The Truckee River has fished well over the last week and is starting to see an increase in flow. Warm spring temperatures are causing the snow at lower to mid elevations to melt. We had a strong start to the season with some nice action on Brown Trout. On the maiden voyage, we landed an impressive 8-pound Brown Trout, followed shortly by a 9-pound Lake Trout.
