The flows have been really consistent over the past couple of weeks from Tahoe City down through Reno. Wet wading season is in full swing as summer conditions are in place. My buddy Morten from Norway made it up to Truckee for a few days. Not really sure if Vikings are from Norway, but I know he likes Whale meat. He catches some big ass Atlantic Salmon back home on the two handers, so tackling some Truckee trout wasn't a problem. We lost some nice fish and caught some small ones, typical Truckee River style. Stoked

The Ranch has been fishing well this week too, lots of nice fish being caught on dry/dropper rigs as well as nymphs. You can go with chubby chernobyls and madam-x's on top and for nymphs and droppers go with blood midges, copper johns, princes, pheasant tails and birds nests.

The Sceirine has been fishing very well this week, lots of nice 20+ inch rainbows being caught. Some browns down there lately, but mostly bows. Dead-drift crayfish, soft hackles, pheasant tails, various caddis nymphs and dry/dropper rigs have all been doing well.
