Truckee River Flows Up

We are at 111% of average snowpack in the Northern Sierra’s. More is on the way tonight. A very big departure from the last 4 years. The Truckee River came up again to almost 500 cfs here in the Hirsh, way higher down lower, and has mellowed out to about 300 today here. Not sure what to say as temps below the Boca outflow are cold for the trout and with flows at 88 and 96 cfs respectively, it's entirely up to you. My stance is I wouldn't fish but that's me. If you do fish the main river just be cognizant not to fish spawning Browns off their beds. The DFW doesn't stock Browns
