As of June 17, the South Fork of the Humboldt was flowing at 118 cfs which is well below the median of 450 cfs for this time of year. Pretty great on the Truckee River. Fishing has been on fire for the last few weeks. I don’t say that often. It got a bit hot, but cool and windy and raining today. Should be back in the 70’s next week, perfect. Not too hot yet. Flows are just right, and them caddis started pop’n. Evenings will be very good for dry fly fishing on out. Good

The river is in excellent condition and fishing well. Flows are currently ideal but they can jump pretty quick with any high elevation rain or real heat. Roughly 600cfs in Reno makes for near prefect conditions on the lower river. This isn’t going to last so get out east before we see it heat up.
