The Truckee Has Been Fishing Well

The Truckee River has been fishing well! We are really seeing fish activity pick up as the days get longer and water temperatures begin to rise between winter storms. Nymphing the slow to medium/slow water with indicators or with ESN techniques have all been effective. Topaz Lake Report

We checked in with Topaz Lake today. Things have been pretty slow on the lake, with shoreline anglers doing okay with Powerbait and worms, with some boat traffic on the lake as well. There has been some talk of a 9 & 10 lb. Rainbow being caught but no photos of them yet.

Hinkson Slough Opens This Weekend
