Due to critically low water levels, most remaining fish were salvaged and transported to South Fork Reservoir. Jiggs Reservoir will likely go dry in the coming months.

The ranch is also still fishing well with much of the same patterns as listed above. It's probably best to reserve half day sessions in the morning as opposed to full days for the next 5 or 6 weeks.

Current Water Conditions Flows measuring 289 CFS out of Tahoe City, 314 CFS through the town of Truckee, 494 CFS by the Boca Bridge, and 549 CFS near Farad. The Farad gauge has been hitting 68 Degrees daily, and the Sparks gauge has been showing upwards of 75! At these temps, the best place to fish will be anywhere from Hirschdale to the Nevada stateline where temps on the river will be at their coldest.
