Fishing for redband trout is good, with fish ranging from 3″-10″. Fish are concentrated in shallow pools and calm water downstream of rock and woody debris. Rain and mountain snow on the Truckee River. It's that time of year. We always need it.  Pretty warm storms so the rivers been up and down. Feels pretty mild out actually.  As far as the fishing goes, cloud and rain makes excellent fishing. Some rivers fish good on the rise, and some good on the drop. I like it on a slight rise, but I really
