The reservoir lost ice since last week, but is still mostly covered in ice. The area north of the old dam is a mix of 4- to 7-inch-thick ice. The quality of ice in this area was deemed good and should provide with good fishing to anglers. The ice that was firm black ice two weeks ago is now soft and fair to poor quality.

Some unsafe ice reported at the boat ramp and parts of the collection ditch. Expect Harrison Pass to be impassable after the recent snow. Anglers fishing the collection ditch are reporting fair to good angling for trout with trout over 20 inches being reported. Fall stocking has also increased angler success at the south springs. Fly anglers are reported success with streamers, leeches and chironomids.
